I practice and preach working towards a healthy relationship with a wholefoods diet as a way of nourishing and fuelling the body. My main passions are gut health, communication between the gut and the brain, the nervous system and inflammation.
Your gut is home to literally trillions of bacteria. When your Microbiome is in check, it helps to support functions such as digestion, nutrient absorption, a balanced immune system, regulation of inflammation response and neurotransmitter production as well as assisting in weight maintenance and healthy gene expression.
